Bibimbap is a delicious traditional Korean rice dish. Traditionally it is a bowl of rice with a variety of toppings (sauteed vegetables - namul, korean hot pepper paste - gochujang, seasoned raw beef - yukhoe and an egg). I was in a mood for something tasty and colorful. But since nowadays we don't just go out without good reason and I try to do all my groceries once every 10 days, I made this quarantine version of Bibimbap whit what I had at home. Time needed: 30 minutes Preparation about 15 minutes Cooking time about 15 minutes
